It’s either you typed in the wrong email address or your order was not processed correctly for some reasons. Please place your order again and make sure to type in “Re-Send” on the remark section. |

You want to have the embroidery on your dogi or belt. |

Please read the pages regarding the embroidery. |

You already submit your order and received an auto reply, but you want to cancel your order. |

If your order has not been shipped out, we can accept the cancellation. If your order has been shipped out, you can’t cancel your order. Also, if your order includes embroidery and the embroidery is completed, we do not accept the cancellation. |

After receiving your order, you want to return the products. |

If you want to return the product because it’s too big / small or different from what you had in mind, make sure that the products are not used and washed and email us about the return. Then, wait for our instruction for return. ＊With this situation, you must pay for the shipping for returning. |

If the products have the embroidery ordered by you, you cannot return them. |
